The youngest artist to win a Grammy in all top 4 categories, Billie Eilish, has been making waves in the music industry since her debut single “Ocean Eyes” which went viral on Soundcloud. The Los Angeles-based American singer-songwriter has carved a distinct identity with her unique voice and distinctive style in a very short time. Along with elder brother Finneas O’Connell better known as Finneas, Billie has been creating chart-topping music and has become a teenage pop sensation.
At a net worth roughly estimated to $53 million according to Forbes, Billie Eilish has a taste for luxury brands and cars. However, being as widely successful as she is, Billie has chosen to stay at her humble abode in Los Angeles. So, let’s take a look at all the Billie Eilish house she & her brother poses:
1. Highland Park House | Billie Eilish House
Deemed as ordinary by most elites, Billie Eilish in her interview to James Corden during a segment for the Late Late Show admitted that living with her parents still has humbled her in more ways than she realizes. This Billie Eilish house is 1208 sq. ft in Highland Park, LA was bought by the family in 2002 for $240,000. Currently estimated at $800,000 the house comprises a 2-bedroom hall and a kitchen and one toilet. Originally built in the typical housing typology seen throughout LA in 1912 the house has not lost its rustic charm.
Coming from a musical background with Billie’s mother being a voice actor and father being a musician the siblings grew up with 3 pianos in the house. Speaking to AWAL, Finneas revealed that their parents were kind enough to let the 2 siblings have the two bedrooms while they slept on a futon in the living room. While giving a tour of the house Billie revealed that her debut album “Where do we go, when we fall asleep “was recorded in her brother’s makeshift studio in his bedroom. One of the walls has the original list of tracks to her debut album written on them. Every nook and corner of this house is filled with nostalgia and music which seems like the very reason Billie is still living in her childhood home.
She shares an inseparable bond with her brother Finneas whose contribution to her music career has been momentous. A singer-songwriter and record producer himself, Finneas recently invested in two luxurious properties.
2. Spanish Mansion | Billie Eilish Home
Finneas paid a whopping $2.73 million for a Spanish Colonial-style house in Los Feliz, LA. The 2800 sq. ft house consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. The 95-year-old mansion has magnificent oak wood floors, a French stained-glass window, arched doors, and a sweeping staircase spanning 2 floors. The ground floor has a living room, lavish fireplace, dining area, and island kitchen laid with Saltillo tiles.
The first floor consists of the master suite with a spacious closet and bathroom. The backyard has a dining patio topped with hanging lights which descends to a pergola patio. The house boasts of a separate pool, spa, and a fancy studio. The outdoors has a touch of teal and a bright red door amidst the white painted wall that adds to the contrast. The true essence of Spanish architecture of the house greets one with its stark beauty from outside and warm stylish interiors.
Finneas recently moved out of his childhood home to live in his Spanish cottage with his girlfriend Claudia Sulewski.
3. Malibu Cottage | Billie Eilish House
The low-slung Malibu bungalow is located between the Pacific Coast Highway and Las Flores beach a little south of Malibu pier. The 1250 sq. ft house is a luxurious beachfront property that cost Finneas $5.2 million. Built-in 2005 the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has an open plan concept with hardwood flooring and designer finishes throughout. It boasts 2 large oceanfront decks with panoramic views, windows that bring in ample light, and a jacuzzi to relax in.
This house seems more like a relaxing hideout with its fireplace, swing chair, beach frontage, and priceless views. The house has recently installed a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Sporting mainly white and blue hues the most incredible thing about this house is its breathtaking views that soothe the soul.
Given the kind of bond the siblings share, it is inevitable that Billie Eilish might move out and use Finneas’ luxury properties for their music-making process. Billie is here to stay and made it evident with her sophomore album “Happier than Ever “and might even buy her own luxury property in the near future.
