Part one of this week’s planning round-up from Bristol City Council

Various planning applications have been validated by Bristol City Council in the last week. and associated documents can be viewed online on the council’s planning portal.  

You can search for search for planning applications, decisions, appeals and enforcements by keyword, application reference, postcode or by a single line of an address.

There were lots of applications so the list has been split into two separate articles.

Part one of planning applications validated week during the week commencing Monday, November 22, can be found below:

  • 61 Glenavon Park, Bristol BS9 1RW: Tree works.

  • North Quay, Temple Back, Bristol: Details in relation to condition 4 of permission 20/03843/F: Five storey extension, external alterations to building facade and fenestration with associated landscaping works.
  • 3 Cooks Folly Road, Bristol BS9 1PL: Tree works.
  • 75/77 Harcourt Road, Bristol BS6 7RD: Single storey, rear extension.
  • Old Building, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Marlborough Street, Bristol BS2 8HW: Details in relation to condition 18l (further details) of permission 19/04331/F: Mixed use development comprising the conversion of part of the Old BRI Hospital building construction of a part 4, 5 and 6-storey building to provide 416 student beds and 123sqm of ground floor commercial floorspace.
  • Hinton Cottage, Hinton Lane, Bristol BS8 4NS: Tree works.
  • 16 Midland Street and 32-34 Midland Road, Bristol BS2 0JW: Details in relation to condition 16 (landscaping) and 19 (bird nesting) of permission 19/01525/F : Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 32 dwellings with associated works.
  • Eastmead Court, Eastmead Lane, Bristol BS9 1HP: Tree works.
  • Woodland Court, 29 Belgrave Road, Bristol BS8 2AA: Tree works.
  • 35 Old Sneed Avenue, Bristol BS9 1SD: Tree works.
  • Avon Cottage, Worlds End Lan,e Bristol BS8 4TQ: Tree works.
  • 28 Grove Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 6UW: Tree works.
  • Hallen Farm, Severn Road, Avonmouth, Bristol BS10 7RZ: Request for comment on application from the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change for consent for development under section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989
  • 132 Longmead Avenue, Bristol BS7 8QQ: Notification of prior approval for a single storey rear extension that would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6m, have a maximum height of 3.2m and have eaves that are 2.66m high.
  • 72 Sandling Avenue, Bristol BS7 0HT: Single storey rear extension and extension to garage.
